Renew & Rise: A wellness retreat for mind, body, & Soul

Jeff’s Place in conjunction with Chabad Intown will be hosting a wellness retreat on the weekend of May 16-18.

This is an in-town retreat focused on those in the recovery community as well as those who are invested in personal development and personal healing.  The sessions, workshop and activities will be broadly focused with some of these with an exclusive recovery focus.  All who participate are welcome and encouraged to participate in all of the offerings.

Out of towners and locals are invited and encouraged to spend the weekend at one of our beautiful boutique in-town hotels, a mere few minute walk from Jeff’s Place located in the heart of the Atlanta Beltline.

The weekend is geared for Jews of all backgrounds and observance levels and our offerings will be open and flexible to meet all levels of interest.

The weekend will be headlined by Rabbi Chaim Tureff* Spiritual Instructor at Soberman’s Estate.  We will also welcome Yoga activities, breathwork, nature walks, workshops on meditation and connection by Mariana Saslafsky and Joshua Wayne*.  And Rabbi Eliyahu Schusterman* will offer spiritual classes and perspectives.
